The govazd.am banner exchange system suggests website holders free advertisement on other members’ sites. System collects commission (depending on package type) of overall shows (eg. if participant has shown 100 banners on his pages, 80 of his banners will be shown on other members’ sites).
Any website, that has something to do with Armenia may become a member of govazd.am banner exchange system.
Each newly registered member receives a bonus of 5000 points.
The govazd.am network consists of 2 separate subnetworks (packages) which are not members of the same exchange system.
The package type is chosen while registration by the applier himself. In case of incorrect package choice the administration may refuse the participation.
The system suggests a list of additional services including targeting – participant may choose banners of which sites they want to show on their website and which sites they wish to show their banners.
The govazd.am exchange system is a private network and reserves his right to deny any active participant’s membership (if he stops satisfying our requirements).
The system may forbid member registration if the applying site does not meet our requirements.
Exchange participation is free and voluntary.
The govazd.am network participants understand that they use the exchange services of the system on their own risk.
govazd.am, its administration, partners and sponsors and affiliates can not be instituted proceedings for caused damage, information loss or so, which may happen as a result of the services utilization.
govazd.am reserves it's right to use your email address for sending out promotional newsletters or emails, related to govazd.am's activities.
A participant may stop his cooperation with govazd.am at any period by sending a notification to the system administrator (contact@govazd.am) |

Not allowed to participate:
sites that break the current Constitution of the Republic of Armenia
sites that distribute “adult” materials (pictures, texts, mailing lists, links, “jokes”, intimate services announcements or any other materials, considered for adult community)
sites that distribute illegal software, "warez" sites etc.
braking the network etiquette requirements
poorly realized, technically weak or sites having no certain thematic concept
sites, hosted on free hosting services, like narod.ru, freenet.am etc
Administration may refuse the membership if the participant’s website:
contains obscene images on the banners
contains obscene texts on the banners
contains advertisement of websites that break the law
“winding” banners
places its banners on obscene websites
The system administration may give up membership at any period in case of roughly braking the current rules.
It's the administration that determines the degree of rules violation.
Welcomed sites are:
news sites, newspapers, news ribbons, other MIF
e-shops, catalogues
serious specialized resources
websites of governmental structures, official websites

govazd.am PRO
The members of the 'govazd.am PRO' package can be those professional-kind resources, which either have strictly defined meaningful content or offer certain services (e-mail, online community, forums, etc), having high-quality
design, professional appearance, high connection speed and professional domain name. Comission for the 'govazd.am PRO' package makes 20% of total showings.
govazd.am LITE
The 'govazd.am LITE' package is developed for offering banner exchange services to amateur websites, homepages, resources of newbie/starting webmasters etc.
Comission for the 'govazd.am LITE' package makes 40% of total showings. |
requirements to the banners |
all the banners must correspond to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia
the banner URL advertising a certain material should direct to this material and not to the start page
all the banners should meet the system standards (width: 468, height: 60)
No participation is allowed for banners:
frequently and intensively blinking and annoying
banners containing OS elements (“OK” buttons, drop-down menus, window title bars, etc.)
banners of intimate content with images of “pretty things” etc.
propagating narcotics
containing offensive words or obscene language
The network administration reserves its right to remove any banner that breaks the current rules, contradics to the Law or breaks the ethical norms of the network at any time.

Participants are obliged to include the part of the HTML code for showing banners on their websites pages fully and without any modification.
There cannot be more than one govazd.am banner on one page.
Participant must not include the banner on pages and frames that:
reload automatically
redirect to other pages without the visitor’s interaction
do not contain own informational content
While placing banner code on pages with online tests and similar resources, implying frequent content reload, refreshment of the banner is allowed only when passing to a new test etc.
govazd.am banners may not be placed in frames, if the banner is not viewable with low resolution screens or small size frames. govazd.am banners may not be placed in separate windows.
Banners should be placed in convenient and readable places of a page (preferable at the top, as long as the construction permits). The banner should be place above any elements, not directly related to the website (counters, rating buttons, etc).
The participant should remember about the other participants and not forget that all the banners are equally treated. |
